Sessions & Costs
I offer a 10 minute free introductory call, please email, text or call me and we can arrange a chat to explore your needs and see if working together feels right
I work with individual adult clients
I offer sessions online and in person, long and short term
Online sessions will be via google meet and sessions in person will be held in Daventry town centre
Counselling sessions will last for 50 minutes
To get the most out of your counselling sessions, I will offer regular weekly sessions, however fortnightly sessions may be available upon negotiation
The cost of each session is £55 for 50 minutes
We will review our work together on a regular basis in order to ensure that it is meeting your needs effectively
